Terms & Conditions

1. Service Area
We currently serve Champions Gate, and Davenport, FL. Requests outside these areas may be subject to additional fees or may not be accepted.


2. Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Bookings canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be refunded 50% of the total service cost. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Frequent last-minute cancellations may affect future bookings.


3. Access to Property
Clients are responsible for providing reliable and safe access to the property, including accurate instructions for keys, codes, gated entry, or any other access details. If access cannot be gained at the time of the scheduled visit, or if entry is delayed due to access issues, the visit will still be considered as having started at the scheduled time.


4. Pet Behavior and Safety
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services for pets who display aggressive behavior, pose safety concerns, or are not leash-trained. Dogs must have up-to-date identification.


5. Weather Policy

In cases of extreme weather (heat, storms, lightning, etc.), outdoor activities may be shortened or replaced with indoor play for the safety of your pet and our staff.


6. Payment
Payment is required in full prior to the scheduled service. Appointments will only be confirmed once payment has been received. If you wish to pay in cash, please contact the phone number provided before booking to confirm that cash payment is acceptable for your visit.


7. Emergency Care
In the event of a medical emergency, we will make every effort to contact you. If immediate care is needed, we will take your pet to the nearest veterinarian. All costs incurred will be the responsibility of the pert owner.


8. Photos and Updates
We will send photos and updates from visits as part of our services. Select images may be used on our website or social media unless the client requests otherwise.


9. Liability
While every effort is made to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet, The Good Dog is not liable for unforeseen accidents, injuries, or health issues that may arise during services.
